Your role

As a Customer Service Employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You ensure smooth communication and excellent service, with customer satisfaction and a warm, human approach as your top priority.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Customer file management: you are responsible for the administrative management and follow-up of customer files, from drawing up and processing quotations and orders to invoicing.
  • Answering customer questions via telephone and email.
  • Advising on our products and guiding the customer through the purchasing process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, purchasing, marketing, logistics and manufacturing to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on our products and market developments.

What are you bringing?

  • Bachelor working and thinking level.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, in Dutch and French; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize.
  • Good computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
