INTERNAL SALES

Are you fluent in languages, do you have a passion for design and would you like to help build the furniture of the future? Then you are the enthusiast we are looking for. To continue to guarantee our further growth, quality and service, we are looking for an out-of-the-box Internal Sales to strengthen the team.

Flexfurn is an international family business from Tessenderlo. Our goal: to enchant the world with high-end foldable and stackable furniture for every business and event application.

Your responsibilities:

Your varied range of tasks consists of 4 major pillars:

• Communication with customers: you are the point of contact for our customers.
• Commercial promotions: you actively look for new leads/prospects.
• Management of customer files: you are responsible for the administrative management and follow-up of customer files: from preparing quotes to invoices. After-sales service is no stranger to you, you also closely monitor the delivery of the goods and strive for the highest customer satisfaction.
• Participation in fairs: as an ambassador of Flexfurn you participate in trade fairs and visit events.

Would you like to take care of additional matters? We would be happy to discuss with you where your interests lie in order to further expand your range of tasks.

Our future Internal Sales will easily check the boxes below.

• Customer oriented: you always think along with the customer and help them in a friendly way.
• Commercial: you are administratively strong and have a commercial side.
• Stress-resistant: you keep a cool head when something goes wrong and immediately look for a solution.
• Communicative: Calling and emailing does not deter you. You always communicate in a professional manner.
• Next Dutch you also speak and write fluently in it French. If you speak fluent English or German, that is a plus!

Do you have several years of experience in a similar position and do you easily tick all the boxes? Then you are the person we are looking for!
