Your role

Are you someone who easily makes connections and thrives on new customers? Are you eager to help put a strong and recognizable product range on the map in your region? You will play a crucial role within the commercial team and proactively contribute to further developing our customer relationships in the Belgian/Dutch market. You identify commercial opportunities, think along with the customer, and contribute to a sustainable partnership.

You will become the face of Flexfurn in Antwerp, Limburg, and the Southern Netherlands.

  • You actively continue to build your client portfolio and seek opportunities with existing and new clients. You visit hospitality venues, event venues, sports clubs, community halls, breweries, hotels, football stadiums, and other professional clients.
  • You listen to their needs, think along about their space or event setup, and translate this into a concrete furniture proposal.
  • Furthermore, you work one day a week from our headquarters in Tessenderlo-Ham. During this time, you coordinate with inside sales and management and prepare your commercial approach. This way, you stay close to the team, our products, and the market.

You get a lot of freedom, but you are not alone.

  • You live in the region or know Antwerp, Limburg, and/or the Southern Netherlands well.
  • You are a true commercial go-getter: results-oriented, full of energy, and not someone who gives up at the first “no.” Always with the right solution in mind.
  • You manage your appointments and calendar yourself in a way that works for your region. You accurately record market and customer information in our CRM system so that internal follow-up can proceed smoothly.
  • Our internal team supports you with quotations, order processing, and practical follow-up.
  • You share what you hear and see in the market. Your input helps us further refine our approach and product strategy.
  • You don't think in fixed office hours: if a client needs you, you are available, you act quickly, and you step in to find a good solution.
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus, but we consider drive, charisma, and commercial flair at least as important. Are you familiar with the event, catering, or hospitality industry? Then you definitely have an edge.
