Your role

Do you combine commercial drive with overview, structure, and a coaching approach? Do you get energy from customer contact, smooth internal operations, and a team that moves forward together? Then join Flexfurn: a growing SME active in professional event, hospitality, and project furniture. We make furniture that looks good, works practically, and handles space, transport, and storage smartly. In short: furniture that makes events, hospitality, and projects smoother and more beautiful. Flexfurn's ambition is clear: to continue innovating and growing, in Belgium and far beyond.

Act as the coaching linchpin of our internal sales team.

  • You coach the 4-person inside sales team in their daily operations, customer follow-up, and commercial approach. You monitor KPIs and translate figures into concrete actions.
  • You monitor the commercial flow from quotation to follow-up and ensure that customers are helped quickly, correctly, and professionally.
  • You bring structure to meetings, priorities, and follow-up, without losing your hands-on mentality.
  • You contribute ideas on how we can serve customers and regions even better. You are involved in trade fairs and commercial campaigns.
  • You report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the management team.

You have a commercial mindset…

…but also strong in structure, maintaining an overview, and bringing people along. You see what needs to be done and ensure things move forward.

  • You speak fluent Dutch, English, and German. French is a nice added asset.
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree and can convince with previous commercial and/or managerial experience.
  • You are hands-on, clear, and positive in your approach to collaboration.
  • You can coach and motivate people, while simultaneously following up in a result-oriented manner.
  • You love structure, but remain flexible when the client or the team needs to switch gears quickly.
  • You are a commercial go-getter: you see opportunities, think in solutions, and don't back down at the first "no".
  • You understand that sales don't always stop at 5 p.m. If a customer or colleague needs you, you think along, act quickly, and step in to help.
